Lire est un plaisir délicat qui évade vers des contrées imaginaires qui n’appartiennent qu’à nous-mêmes. Les vacances permettent de reprendre goût à ce plaisir de flânerie.

Le train de ces mêmes vacances m’a happé vers ce livre que j’ai pris sur un coup de tête : son titre optimiste et sa couleur estivale ont séduit mon humeur légère !

J’ai entamé la page 1 au premier coup de rail du train et tourner la page 207 au prélude de ce roman et du voyage ferré.

Ce livre n’est ni un roman à l’écriture qui transporte, ni une histoire d’une originalité folle. Ce livre, que je tiens à partager avec vous, est une boule d’énergie positive qui dynamise les sens et secoue les pensées néfastes.

C’est le récit d’une femme qui a tout pour être heureuse : un travail stable, un mari, un bel enfant mais qui ne se retrouve pas dans sa vie, qui s’y perd et se noie dans un marasme de tracas futiles, qui a peur de sa propre ombre, de ses propres rêves (-de couture et de boutique de création, tiens pourquoi ça me parle ?-).

Au detour de ses angoisses créées par un quotidien citadin étouffant, elle croise la route d’un routinologue. D’un quoi ? D’un docteur du cœur qui soigne la routine en redonnant un sens à ce qui n’en a plus et un voile de saveur sur les moments simples. Ce routinologue a une méthode bien à lui qui se délecte page après page que je vous laisserais découvrir si l’expérience vous tente.

A lire cet été pour pendre une bouffée de bonnes résolutions à utiliser sans modération !
