Observations :

Je vous écris aujourd’hui un article tout particulier car j’ai une flamme à vous déclarer, une flamme qui s’est allumée en moi depuis ce cadeau de ma grand-mère tant adorée (un petit nécessaire de fils et aiguilles et une machine à coudre colorée) : la passion de la couture.

Cette flamme s’illumine d’une lueur particulière aujourd’hui car elle va briller plus fort dans ma vie : à la rentrée, après la pause estivale, je prendrais un chemin tout particulier,  le chemin de l’école.

A la rentrée, je vais m’asseoir sur les bancs de l’école d’un lycée technique parisien pour suivre une formation de 8 mois pour passer le CAP couture – option tailleur. Oh yeah !!

Une formation pour apprendre toutes les techniques de la couture professionnelle avec 3 mois de stage pour découvrir les coulisses des maisons de couture. Oh yeah !!

Mais d’où ça sort ? Allez-vous me dire, je vous entends d’ici.

Flash-back :

Nouvelle année 2017 : Happy New Year et résolutions :  je ressens le besoin de me perfectionner en couture, d’aller plus loin, de passer un palier supplémentaire, ne plus me sentir amatrice. L’idée du CAP trotte dans ma tête depuis plusieurs mois. L’idée est évidemment accompagnée de ses doutes : mais comment ? mais quand ? mais vraiment ? et ça tourne, et ça tourne.

Je suis dans le même temps une formation en solo-entreprenariat pour appréhender les fils et ficelles de l’activité indépendante pour mieux envisager la vente de mes créations textiles. Cette formation de Marjorie Llombart (Dessine moi une Carrière – je conseille les articles et webinaires de Marjorie qui sont très riches pour toutes celles qui ont envie de faire vibrer leur vie) est un vrai déclic pour moi : arrêter d’avancer, de reculer, y aller franco en mesurant les risques. Je retiens tout particulièrement une phrase de ces 3 mois de formation :  « Il vaut mieux une imparfaite action qu’une parfaite inaction ».

Je passe de l’idée à l’action : je regarde les possibilités, pour les adultes, de passer le CAP couture.

Je découvre le GRETA (filière de l’éducation nationale de formations pour adultes) et sa branche Création, Design et  Métiers d’art.

Je clique sur le CAP couture. Et là je commence à me dire un sérieusement « pourquoi pas ? ». Ca tourne, ça tourne. Le « pourquoi pas » passe au « je me lance ».

Etape 1 : Choix du CAP couture.

Il existe deux types de CAP sur ce thème :

  • Le CAP couture – option couture flou – : qui permet d’appréhender la confection de créations textiles à partir de matières souples et qui s’adressent plus généralement au prêt-à-porter
  • Le CAP couture – option tailleur- : qui permet d’appréhender la confection de créations textiles à partir de matières plus rigides, et qui s’adressent plus généralement au sur-mesure, à la haute couture.

Je choisis l’option tailleur. La confection personnalisée, les finitions professionnelles c’est ce que je veux offrir à mes clientes. Pas de doute.

Etape 2 : Candidature au GRETA 

En avril, Je transmets CV et lettre de motivation au GRETA :  expliquer le sens de cette formation et sa place dans mon projet.

J’attends, j’attends, j’attends.

Le « c’est pas grave si ça ne marche pas …». Le « De toute façon, j’y crois pas vraiment, je fais ça pour ne pas avoir de regret… ».

Pas de réponse.

Le doute.

Etape 3 : Tests de recrutement

Et enfin, le 4 mai : mail de convocation pour les tests de recrutement (mathématiques, culture G, couture et entretien.)

Je ressors cahiers et cours d’écoliers : périmètre, aire, superficie… ça ne fait pas de mal cette piqûre de rappel, je ne vais pas faire comme ci …

Quelques jours plus tard, le 9 mai, je suis sur les bancs de l’école à décortiquer patrons et exercices de mathématiques pendant 3 heures avec un entretien à l’issue.

On m’annonce : « Nous n’ouvrons que 10 places pour cette formation ».

Aïe ! Ça pique ! Je n’ai aucune chance.

Je rentre, heureuse d’avoir vécue cette épreuve particulière, mais je m’interdis de croire quoi que ce soit. 10 places, c’est peu.

J’attends, j’attends, j’attends.

Le « c’est pas grave si ça ne marche pas… » revient. Le « De toute façon, j’y crois pas vraiment, je fais ça pour ne pas avoir de regret… » aussi.

Doutes.

J’attends.

Le 23 mai : LE MAIL avec la formule tant rêvée « bla bla bla nous avons le plaisir de vous confirmer que votre candidature a été retenue bla bla bla».

Détour par le supermarché en rentrant : ding-dong, je rentre avec une bouteille de champagne ! Fête dans le nid douillet !

Mais rien n’est gagné. J’ai la formation rêvée pour 8 mois mais comment gérer ça avec mon emploi à temps plein ?

En tant que salariée en CDI, il existe la possibilité  dans le cadre de CIF (Congé individuel de formation) de suspendre son contrat de l’entreprise  pour suivre une formation longue en percevant un maintien de salaire d’au moins 80% et un financement partiel ou total de la formation.

Pour bénéficier de ce CIF, il faut :

  • avoir 2 ans d’ancienneté dans l’entreprise ;
  • obtenir une autorisation d’absence de votre employeur ;
  • déposer un dossier auprès de l’organisme financeur des formations auprès duquel votre entreprise cotise (Fongecif, Afdas…). Cet organisme se réunit une fois par mois en commission pour étudier l’ensemble des demandes et décide en fonction de critèrès (âge, ancienneté, niveau de formation, projet autour de la formation demandée) du financement ou non de la formation.

Pour l’autorisation d’absence, j’ai une chance inouïe, une chef qui, comme une bonne étoile, un pilier, me soutient dans le fait d’aller de l’avant. Culpabilité de lâcher le navire pendant 8 mois mais rassurée et encouragée par une chef que je ne remercierai jamais assez.

Etape 4 : Dépôt du dossier CIF

Le 19 juin : Je dépose le dossier expliquant mon projet, le sens de la formation dans ce projet, mon parcours, les démarches déjà effectuées… Des nuits blanches à bosser avec Lui pour peaufiner, affiner, étayer, démontrer que cette formation a tout son sens, que ce n’est pas un coup de tête, que Zibeline Création a besoin d’elle pour faire vivre et faire exister son projet de créations éthiques et ensoleillées.

La conseillère de l’organisme m’indique : “L’acceptation du financement, c’est quitte ou double. Vous êtes jeune et diplômée, donc pas prioritaire. C’est votre projet qui fera la différence.” Aie ! Ça pique. Elle rajoute “La commission aura lieu le 4 juillet”.

J’attends, j’attends, j’attends.

C’est long.

J’attends.

Etape 5 : Réponse du dossier de demande de CIF

4 juillet : D-Day, date de la commission de l’organisme. Nous sommes prévenus que le retour se fait par voie postale dans les 15 jours qui suivent la date de la commission. L’attente va être longue…

Le 4 juillet, mon téléphone professionnel sonne. Une personne qui fait partie de la commission, qui travaille dans mon entreprise et qui a reconnu ma photo m’appelle. Elle m’annonce : « Ton dossier a été accepté ».

Silence

Puis

Effusion de joie

Je ne réalise pas. Le chemin a été long, mais j’y suis, je vais réaliser ce CAP, ce rêve de devenir une vraie couturière pour offrir du joli, du beau, pour enjoliver le quotidien. Je vais pouvoir aller plus loin dans la réalisation de mes créations textiles éthiques et ensoleillées que je dessine chaque jour dans ma tête et sur mon carnet pour rendre les femmes uniques.

Ce rêve de devenir une vraie artisane de bonheur, je le touche enfin du doigt !
